5 Wounds of Jesus is used for healing by the locals. A local man was lead to this location by the Saints and the water started running. The miraculous thing is that only on Easter there is water gushing from all 5 holes in the rock (Easter never falls on the same date), every other time of the year its only from one. 
 
These waters were collected by me when I was back home, in Macedonia.
